Joy of Bloom Florals is located in Southern California, founded by Rachel Mann. Our design studio, based in Carlsbad, CA, is where our floral magic happens. At Joy of Bloom, we believe that every wedding is unique and we approach each event with the same level of excitement and creativity as if it were our first.
